How much money can I borrow?
With PacTCapital your borrowing amount can range from RM5,000 to RM20,000,000. Your repayment period is flexible between one and seven years.
What fees do I have to pay
No extra processing fees are charged when you apply for PactCapital loans. You will need to pay Government Stamp Duty and handling fee amount to 0.55% that will be deducted from the total amount you borrow.
What documents do I need to apply for this personal financing plan?
This is an unsecured personal loan so you will not need to provide a down payment or guarantor. To make an application you must provide supporting documents:
Salaried Employee
- Copy of MyKad (front and back)
- Last three month’s payment slips orEPF
- Last three month’s bank savings account passbook or current/savings account statement.
Self-Employed
- Business Registration Certificate (must be at least two years old).
- Last six month’s bank statements
- Most recent Form B from the Inland Revenue Board
- LatestEPF
How do I get the money?
Your application for loans will be approved within a few working days. Once your loan is approved the money you are borrowing will be transferred to the account of your choice.
How do I pay the monthly installments?
Payments can be made conveniently using Interbank GIRO ( IBG). It is hassle-free, secure, and low cost.
Can I pay my loan off early?
You can finish paying for your loan early but you need to give three months notice of your intention to clear your debt before the due date. There are no penalties for early repayment and you will receive a rebate on the remaining unpaid installments.
Will I get the promoted rates?
The rates being offered are for salaried employees with a good credit history. If you’ve had trouble with repayments or credit debt in the past, PacTLending may charge rates from 10.88%, up to 14.28% p.a. If you are self-employed, the rates offered are 9.88% to 13.68% p.a.
